Me: 1:41PM, downtown Ottawa, 3rd floor of a building, corner of Bank Street and Cooper Street. Impossible to ignore.
The entire building evacuated. Ottawa downtown was filled with civil servants and other 9 to 5ers, unsure of what protocol was. What a day to remember.
